How do I subscribe?
To subscribe to our products you purchase one of our packages: DISCOVERY, CLASSIC, PRO or ULTIMATE. When you have chosen one of the selected kits you'll be able to choose your skin type: normal to dry, or normal to oily. After choosing your skin type, you will pick the intervalls to receive the delivery, you can choose between: every two, three or four months.

How do I pay for the subscription?
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeatedly deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. For example, if you choose to receive a delivery every three months you will be charged every three months, just before your delivery is sent.

How do I receive my subscription?
The package will be automatically delivered to your home. If you would like to pick up your package at your service point, please add that in the note section before checking out.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

What different options are there?
There are four different packages: DISCOVERY, CLASSIC, PRO and ULTIMATE. The difference between the kits are how many products they include. You may also choose every kit after your skin type, normal to dry or normal to oily.
