Skincare and products

How do I know what skin type I have?
Usually you have either dry, normal or oily skin. In general dry skin tends to be thinner, pores are smaller, and skin appears to be smoother. Dry skin can appear more red or flakey. Normal skin har no severe sensitivity, barely visible pores and a radiant complexion. Oily skin, on the other hand, has much larger pores and is thicker. This provides extra padding or cushion to the skin. Which could appear as being shiny or greasy during the day.

If you have dry or normal skin we recommend that you choose the moisturizing facial cream or the "dry skin-version" for subscription. If you oily skin we recommend you to choose the mattifying facial cream the "oily skin-version" for subscription.

How often should I use skincare products?
We recommend that you use the products twice a day: every morning and evening. 

How much product should I use when applying the skincare?
We recommend that you should use two or three pumps of our cream products, for example the facial creams. When you use the cleanser you should use three to four pumps. 

How long does the products last?
The products last around three months, if you use the recommended amount of products twice a day. All of the products have a validation time of 36 months. 

Are the products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are vegan. Bigelius Skincare only contains high-quality ingredients and traditional antioxidants. All of the products are developed by a team of well experienced dermatologists and produced in Sweden.

What does anti-pollution mean?
Since it seems pollution is not going away for a long time to come, we have chosen to include the patented ingredient Pollustop. Created to form a film on the skin's surface, it's an anionic polysaccharide of high molecular weight, obtained by biotechnology. It increases the skin’s protection by creating a shield, stopping the penetration of pollutants and reducing the induced damages. This barrier limits the skin’s extracellular and intracellular induced damages, including oxidative stress, inflammation, cellular and mitochondrial toxicity

What active ingredients are in the products?
Biosaccharide Gum-4, Butylene Glycol, Niacinamid, Tripeptide, Sodium PCA, Botanic Glycerin, Saccharide-Isomerate, Cinnamon Bark and Zingiber Officinale Root and Silica. You can read more about our ingrediens and their purpose on our ingredients page.

Where can I buy the products?
You can of course purchase our products here on Bigeliusskincare.com we also are available on Lyko, Apoteket Hjärtat and Kicks.

Order and shipping

Free shipping?
Shipping within Sweden is free of charge and shipping worldwide is free of charge for order 50€.

How is my order delivered?
Within Sweden the package will be delivered by: Budbee or Postnord. You are able to choose between the options in the check out. If the requested products are in stock, you will receive your package within 1-3 working days in Sweden. Worldwide our packages will be delivered by eTail. 

Can I track my order?
You can track your order via our carriers website. All that info will be sent in your confirmation mail that you'll receive after your purchase. If there's any problem don't hesitate to contact us on: contact@bigeliusskincare.com. 

Which countries do you deliver to?
Bigelius delivers to Europe, and all orders over 50€ includes free shipping!

Can I return my order?
Returns must be made no later than 14 days after the day of pick up to generate a full refund of the purchase value. Returned products must be kept in their original packaging, in good condition, and unopened. Damaged or opened products will not be accepted and no refunds will be made. Freight costs for returns will be covered by the customer. Please note that refunds are not valid for discounted products. When returning a purchased product please clearly mark the returning parcel “RETURNED GOODS”. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@bigeliusskincare.com

Payment

How do I get my money back if I return a product?
Before returning your product you need to send an email marked “Return” to contact@bigeliusskincare.com. State your order number and list the products you would like to return, once you receive approval from us you can return the products. When returning the products, clearly mark the parcel with your order number and make sure to note the ID-number of the parcel and keep the receipt. It’s for your own security and to be able to trace the shipment. For extra security please send the ID-number to us, allowing us to follow the delivery. BIGELIUS SKINCARE will refund accepted returns immediately. Please allow a few days for the banks to handle the transfer of the funds.

What payment options are available?
You can make your payment using a credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay with Google or Apple Pay for direct payment.

How do I use discount codes?
If you want to use a discount code when purchasing something on our website you can type it in at the checkout.

Subscription

How do I subscribe?
To subscribe to our products you purchase one of our packages: Basic, Classic, Pro. When you have chosen one of the selected kits you'll be able to choose your skin type: oily or dry. After choosing your skin type, you will pick the intervalls to receive the delivery, you can choose between: every two, three or four months.

How do I pay for the subscription?
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. So for example if you choose to receive a delivery every three months you will be charged every three months, just before your delivery is sent.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

What different options are there?
There are three different packages: Basic, Classic and Pro. The differens between the kits are how many products they include. You may also choose every kit after your skin type, dry or oily.

Other questions

How do I create an account?
You create an account under the meny tab "my account". There you add your email adress and choose a password and then you're good to go.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you don't want to receive emails from us you can click at the link in the bottom of the email. The link says unsubscribe and then you shouldn't receive any more emails.
